Developing Epic Theatre Skills
Criterion B will assess the development of your Epic Theatre skills during this unit, most specifically how you use narration, gestus and placards within a performance to communicate a message to the audience.

Process Journal
Your Process Journal (PJ) is very important document as will detail the development of your ideas and skills during this unit. It will document your experimentation with the new skills acquired and reveals the development of these skills in your planning for your final performance.
In your Process Journal you will:

Every lesson you will practically explore and experiment with new skills associated with Brecht's Epic Theatre. The development of these skills will be continually assessed during every lesson through teacher observations.

- Describe and evaluate the workshop activities you participated in during class.
- Annotate photos and videos of workshop.
